Please understand that this website, just like any other website on the internet, always has room for improvement. Don’t ever believe that a website came out of box complete. There’s no such thing. That website has yet to be invented because just as people are not perfect, their products are not perfect.

This website, of course, is a product of the human imagination and creativity. Accordingly, it shares the same limitations of the human condition. There are certain pages here that lead nowhere. When you click a link, it goes to a “404 Page Not Found” error.

While we have gone through a lot of quality testing and we have invested a tremendous amount of time, attention and energy to ensuring that all links are working, we cannot be 100% sure that everything is as it should be. This is where you come in.

While we have done our best to make sure that when we publish links that they actually go somewhere relevant, this is not always the case. This doesn’t apply across the board because we keep adding content to this website.

Given the complexity as well as the extent and the breadth and range of this site, there are sure to be things that get knocked loose. There are sure be things that fall between the cracks. There are sure to be minor issues from time to time. This is why we’d love for you to not only share your resources as well as your links, but also to let us know if certain pages are not working as they should.

You should also ask questions. As the old saying goes, the only dumb question is the one that is not asked. You might think that a question is so obvious that it may embarrass you, well, don’t hold yourself back because, again, there is no such thing as a stupid question.

The more questions you ask, the more people are benefitted because we publish a public record of all the questions asked and answered on this website. There is no such thing as an embarrassing question.

Don’t think that just because you’re asking something that is fairly obvious that this would make you look dumb. What would make people look dumb is if they hold back from asking questions, which could have helped others.

Also, we want all visitors of this website to actively engage with each other. This can mean asking questions. This can also mean suggesting or sharing insights or experiences. These are valuable pieces of information. You might think that this really doesn’t push the ball forward, but you’d be surprised.

It’s really important to challenge each other every step of the way to help push each other up. And that’s not going to happen if people do not take the initiative. If people are not proactive, a tremendous amount of intercultural as well as personal discourse and ferment simply won’t materialize.

So do yourself a big favor and do us a big favor and just start participating. The more you participate, the better off everyone would be.
